Who I am
Who I am
Movement as the Foundation of My Artistic Practice
It all started with ballet.
My name is Laetitia. I am French born and began classical ballet at the age of three. At nine years old, after strong encouragement from my ballet teacher, I auditioned for the Paris Opera Ballet School alongside thousands of children. Only eighteen were selected for the final intake and I was among them.
From a very young age, discipline, rigor, and precision became part of my daily life. My training included classical ballet, folk dance, mime, singing, anatomy, music theory, and the history of dance, alongside a standard academic curriculum.
By the age of ten, I was already performing professionally on the Paris Opera stage in front of thousands of spectators. Ballet shaped not only my body, but also my understanding of form, posture, endurance, and artistic discipline. These foundations continue to define my work today.
From Ballet to Acrobatics and International Stage Experience
After completing my dancer choreographer diploma at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Lyon, I toured internationally and danced with the Europa Dance Ballet Company in Paris.
While ballet gave me structure and excellence, it also revealed the harsher realities of the professional dance world. Over time, I chose to step away and explore new forms of expression, which led me to acrobatics.
I trained in acrobatic adagio in Paris, reshaping my movement language and physical abilities. Acrobatics offered creative freedom through choreographing acts, designing costumes, choosing music, and defining my artistic direction.
I later expanded into aerial acrobatics, performing on silks, hoops, straps, and nets. Together with my partner Artur, we won bronze medals at the International Circus Festival in Paris and the Wuqiao International Circus Festival in China. Both festivals are considered the highest level of competition in the circus world. We were also selected to perform in the special events division of Cirque du Soleil.
Our work brought us to stages and television productions across Europe, Asia, and North America, including large scale performances such as the Calgary Stampede in Canada, where we performed nightly in front of twenty thousand people. We also worked as specialty acts on luxury American cruise lines, performing while traveling across continents.
From Stage to Camera Fine Art Modeling and Artistic Integrity
In 2018, I entered the world of fine art modeling when photographer André Brito invited me to collaborate on an artistic nude project combining aerial hoop and pointe shoes. This experience revealed a new artistic language where movement, stillness, and form coexist.
Photography became a natural extension of my stage work.
What defines my work as a professional fine art model is artistic integrity. I collaborate exclusively on projects rooted in respect, intention, and artistic vision. My background in performance allows me to approach photography and sculpture with a deep understanding of movement, posture, spatial awareness, and emotional expression.
Clear communication, trust, and aligned values are essential to every collaboration.
My work has been published internationally in magazines including Yoga and Ayurveda, Nude Magazine, Lion’s Mag, Digital Photo Magazine, Shutter, Malvie Magazine, VuNuMag, Glam Essence Magazine, Dominante Magazine, and the Spanish edition of Playboy. I have appeared on eighteen magazine covers, and my images have received awards from organizations such as the WPE Awards, Trierenberg Super Circuit, International Color Awards, and International Monochrome Awards.
I have self published several fine art books including FEEL, TIMELESS, LEGACY, FEEL II, and UNSEEN.
In 2024, the internationally renowned sculptor Basil Watson created a limited edition bronze sculpture based on one of my poses titled My Little Sister. In 2025, he sculpted a second bronze based on my work, marking another important milestone in my artistic journey and expanding my collaboration into the world of fine art sculpture.
As my presence in the photography and fine art world has grown, I have been invited to participate in dozens of podcasts and interviews, where I share my experience, insights, and behind the scenes knowledge of the industry.
In 2023, I founded Art Model Academy, a platform dedicated to mentoring aspiring models who wish to approach the profession with clarity, professionalism, and artistic integrity.
Education, transparency, and ethical practice are values I actively support and pass on through my work.
Yoga Fitness and Body Awareness
My relationship with yoga began during my ballet years when I was first introduced to Surya Namaskar as a daily warm up practice. Over time, yoga became an essential tool for body awareness, recovery, and mental balance.
Driven by curiosity and respect for the discipline, I trained in Rishikesh, India, and am now a certified and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Alongside yoga, I have maintained a strong fitness practice for over fifteen years, combining strength training and cardio to support the physical demands of performance and modeling. This led me to complete a personal fitness trainer course and become a registered health professional with the EuropeActive Association.
These practices allow me to maintain physical longevity, precision, and presence across performance, modeling, and artistic collaboration.
